Add a status screen on VSP as on Vocera Voice
There is no status screen like Vocera Voice. Add Cluster status, messages flowing (including source/destination), system status, Any Voice integration status/issues, etc.

Don't ring Engage alerts on phone when on a call with another individual on VCS.

We want to see if a message thread won’t jump to the top of people’s text thread list when someone leaves that thread. It causes new texts to get buried and missed.
Certain groups in our Organization that have a message thread in VCS for each patient room on their unit have struggles with messages being buried by staff leaving threads and it jumping to the top of their messages.
