When troubleshooting call flows it would be helpful if a users assigned groups showed up in their Contact entry -

Grant the ability for VCS users to send messages to outside users
VST users can send secure messages to non-users via cell phone number. The recipient gets a link to view the secure message. It would be nice for VCS users to be able to do this as well.0 Will not do

Grant the ability for end users to update certain profile fields from the app, specifically cell phone
In the VST app, users can update their information including their own cell phone number. Giving this access through the VCS app would close gaps in administration where certain changes (new cell number) would affect functionality. -
phone logs show required setting status
There are required settings on phones for the VCS app to run correctly, or work as expected. When we troubleshoot issues and pull phone logs, I would like to be able to see the status of those settings on their VCS phone in those phone logs.2 Already exists

with the last couple of updates you removed a feature that would only allow only the last 5 messages to be displayed. Since removal of this feature we have to clear over 100 messages everytime we take on-call at our facility.0 Already exists
