For Roles that have escalations - can there be a way for the genie to announce to the caller that the call is being forwarded and to where (i.e., another role or to an extension)

Call Forwarding Off Line option to not hear ring tone.
When a badge is forwarded to an outside number they currently hear a ring tone rather than, "Still Trying". It would be nice to not hear the ring tone so the caller does not know the call is being routed to a phone number rather than to a badge.

Call Badge by Label
We would like to be able to call a badge by it's label, this way if we need to verify something on a specific badge we can call the badge by it's label and ask the person carryng it to bring it to us. Thanks,Jim
