We would like to have the option to manage a "blended" group membership where we would have a combination of static  and dynamic members.  An example (from a request I received) was for an OR Turnover team.  The Nursing Assistants in the OR will ALWAYS be members of this team, but there may be techs or others assigned to this group for the day only.  Currently, the NA's have to add themself to this group every day.  We have other similar scenarios that would utilize this "blended" property.
