Develop a “View Users and Groups” permission to include “View Users, Groups and Devices” or add a new permission to "View Devices". The Status Monitor shows only those users that are logged in an if they are active (engaged in a call) or inactive. Those users that are not logged in are not shown in the Status Monitor.  Also show all devices assigned to a department/group/unit even if being used by another department/group/unit.
