It would be extremely helpful to have a tab dedicated to free text notes for each group (obviously not affecting grammars or anything else). Some groups have Vocera extensions for VMI messages or DID forwarding or special permissions, or are created for very specific reasons that year after year are difficult to remember or even figure out. I keep my own separate spreadsheet for this kind of thing but it would be much more helpful to just click on a tab and see notes for everything & anything associated with that group that isn't immediately apparent without having to do a lot of detective work.
