When deleting items from admin console the system waits until activity on the servers has slowed. The problem is that in my experience, it has taken upwards of 3 days for those names/groups to be deleted from the admin console and can cause some confusion. It would be great if when items are deleted those items are flagged in some way to let the admins know that the item is scheduled for deletion. A work around that I've used is renaming the item with Delete Me but this has to be communicated to other admins and requires changing the name of the group to Delete Me. It would be nice to just have a quick visual flag.
