It would be nice to have the ability to capture syslogs from the badges to better understand the badge usage. I know there would be a lot of data, but you could filter it down in the syslog server. This would be a huge improvement when troubleshooting badges if you could see if wireless coverage was an issue, or a malfunctioning badge etc. This would be much more effecient than relying on end users uploading a badge logs, and manually searching through up to 100 thousand lines of logs to figure out where a problem is. Ideally, it would be nice to have something like this built right into the badge properties editor that would allow you to point the badge to a syslog server to send traffic.
