Around 70% of my turnover comes from badges that are getting stuck on the Vocera Countdown. many of them are just outside of warranty.
One of the major problems i have with this is the inability to factory reset the B2000's since they cannot be shut down correctly.
There needs to be another way to reset the badge and fix the issue.
