Using Inner Circle with duplicate names in the database

Currently if there is 2 users in the database called John Smith, once you call one and it's added to your Inner Circle, it's impossible to call the other until it is cleared from your list.

It would be useful if the system checked for two users of the same name and did not add a name to the Inner Circle if a duplicate name existed thus forcing the caller to specify which one of the two he/she wants to speak to.
The Inner Circle feature was removed from Vocera with the addition of Department to Department calling.
