It would be nice if you could request the Genie to list the last 5 (or the days) calls placed to the badge user.  With Auto answer tuned on once the Genie lists the missed calls you can no longer go back and have her repeat this list.  I have users who would love to have access to this option so that at their conveniece they can listen to the list of missed calls.  OR If the Genie would promtp you "You have missed calls, Would you like hear this list?"  or something like that would be nice.
