Currently there is a command to "Redial Number." This command will allow you to redial the last actual number that was called (i.e. 000-000-0000). I have had many users say it would be beneficial to have a command that will allow them to redial the last badge user they called and/or to redial the last badge user that called them. Implementing these commands would streamline many processes.
