I would like to see the option of restricting a groups ability to Urgent Call/Broadcast. If we have a department that staff would like to place an Urgent Broadcast (our Labor & Delivery Department 'Delivery Team') I'm concerned about their accidental Urgent Broadcast to another group (Administration to name one). For this example I'd like to have users in a specific group have permission to 'Urgent xxx' to only this delivery group. 

A second example: we have several Inpatient Psychiatric units in our facility separated by floors & buildings. I can see them preferring to 'Urgent xxx' to their specific floor they are working. Potentially some/all of these users having the ability to 'Urgent xxx' to ANY of their floors.
