The new Vocera Headsets we tried are good, but they don't solve the primary issue of not hearing the calls come in for ED workers.  Maybe a much louder tone could be used for the initial annoucement of an incoming call or alert.  It would be nice if one could configure that tone and volume independently, or by unit, along with forcing the button push to accept them.
