It would be a great feature to be able (for sys admins or a special group) to record a message or send a broadcast to "Everyone, Everywhere" from outside (access anywhere).  This would be extremly handy as a method of communication to the whole orginziation of other system downtimes/outages (e.g. Email, PACS etc) and also for PR important messages and or outbreaks info.  Thanks,
