Have a Record a Memo Feature

A user apporached me with a suggestion to have the ability to leave a memo for themselves.  Currently we advise to just "record a message".  It would say something like "record memo" then genie will prompt to record.

    This seems like a good use case for the "send a reminder" voice command.
