Connexall urgent calls should not trip over each other

Hi there,  I know the title sounds weird but we have all our call bells and alerts set to urgent as management feel that any call from a patient is urgent and its easier for the staff to hear the call out loud instead of navigating a text.  However, staff has made suggestions that each call that comes into their badge should take their turn.  Often times they are speaking to a patient and another call bell cuts them off.  Just passing along the suggestion. :)  I think an option to have the calls go one by one or an option to have them cut in would be useful.
