In a refresher training today a few staff explained how they sometimes end up logging in as the wrong person (which that person will miss their "who called and/or left messages" notification). Also sometimes the genie asks to cofirm the name.  They are suggesting if there could be a way that the genie always asks for confirmation when logging in prior to doing so.
