Our company is set up for inter-office dialing using 8 digits. We cannot use the genie to dial an extension or a number using 8 digits. We have a specific group of users that we do not want to dial an outside line but we do want them to have the ability to contact people, non-vocera users at other facilites. Also we have a centralized structure where we currently have one vocera telephony server which serves several locations. The remote locations, in order to call an internal extension for them, will have to dial 8 digits.
