It would be nice to have a field that is enunciated when calling a badge user or address book entry, but have the display field be the one shown for reports and for login information on the badge.  Right now you have to spell it weird for the enunciation to be correct, but it is also the display.  For instance, I have a user whose name is St Jean (pronounced Saint Gene).  I just tested it and St is pronounced Saint, but Jean is pronounced John with St in front, and Gene with Sgt in front (Sergeant was pronounced correctly, but why was Jean pronounced Gene with Sgt and not with St?).
