I would like to see an option when creating a group where you could specifiy that it will only be a broadcast group.

Then if anyone said "Call X" it would result in a broadcast to the group. You could also say "Urgently Call X" to break into the group as well.

We have issues with Code groups where users are used to saying Call X, and when they are in an emergency they forget to say "Broadcast to Code." That issue has resulted in two of our facilites not using Vocera to call codes even though when used properly they respond faster than the traditional Pager methods....
