The 4.3 feature that can block VMI while in DND is a great concept.  However, as a global setting, it doesn't provide much value for us.  Ideally, it could be done via a group or individual basis.  This way, individual managers would be able to decide which members should and shouldn't have this ability.  As managers, they'll love it. However, they will not want their transports or other non-licensed staff having that right.
