Chat via VCS webconsole

We have staff wanting to have a better communiation method between administation staff not using a smartphone and physicians using smartphone. The current two-way Alert us clunky, at best. I think it would be beneficial to have a "Chat" portion of the web console allowing real time communication that has mulltiple threads per session as opposed to creating a new alert anytime you want to send a reply or message.
