Incoming Calls to Users - Detail report do not display caller's phone number
When you run a User Activity Report for incoming calls it shows the phone number of outside calls made to the user. However, if you run an Incoming Calls to Users - Detail report it just has a blank spot instead of the phone number.
It would be great to have those information in both reports for easy cross reference.
