When one recieves an alert via VMP on an iOS device, it may be confusing at first because when going into the app and then going to alerts, the last read is highlighted and at the top, not the most recent alert(s). We have noticed that staff think they are missing alerts becuase they don't see the newest ones in the list initally until they scroll down. This is very confusing.
