One of our departments that went from badges to Smartphones asked if it would be possible to have a Call Log list on the Smartphone similar to what is seen on cellular smartphones - to show who had called whether they are logged in or not. They could go through the list & select the name to return a call or text them.

We have Missed Call Notification control available to users but it seems more useful for badge users. As Smartphones are typically carried in the holster or in a pocket in our facility, by the time staff unglove or are able to have a hand free to answer a call they've missed the caller's name. It seems users may prefer to not leave a message for various reasons but would like a return call at times.
