Floating Call/Chat Icons

Allow the call and chat icons to overlay any page of the Vina App, thus allowing user to freely make calls and conversations without having to return to the Home tab. A lot of users have expressed confusion when they can't find the call/txt bubble.

    There are several areas of the app related to configuration settings (which should not need to be accessed often) where call and chat icon will cause app clutter and bury some setting options. More than likely adding call and chat to these areas will cause more confusion than they resolve.
