Page Priority from Badge to VCS

Customers want to "page" from the Vocera badges to On Call doctors holding VCS devices. Currently all "pages" from the Vocera badge are hard coded with a Normal priroity. As a result the alert makes no noise on the VCS client if it is on mute, and minimal noise/interuption when it isn't. This is not an acceptable use case for On Call doctors who are asleep in an On Call room with their phone on silent so they're not disturbed by emails etc.

As suggested by Mike Ryker at the 2019 Sales and Services TOI, an "Urgent Page" command could be a great step towards a better user experience. A server properties allowing the IE to set the priority for all pages from the badge to VCS would also be a welcome option. There may be even better solutions that don't involve a 2 step process of Calling and then Urgent Paging. Feedback is welcome.
