Ability to disable playing text messages out loud

We have an integration with teletracking that contains patient information in the text message that we don't want verbally played due to privacy.  This information still needs to be sent but I would like the ability to disable users from playing the message out loud.  You can have this rule in several policies and in training but staff still tend to use it.
