There is currently not a command that allows a quick and easy forward of all calls. As a healthcare provider with clinical alarm integration, we need an easier way to "forward all calls". The clinical staff use call forwarding to pass their calls on to staff in charge of their patients when they go to lunch. It takes extra time to go through all of the Genie questions but the answer for clinical staff in patient is always to forward "All calls". We thought having a specific command to "forward all calls" in one command would simplify this process.
