User to only receive calls - one-way badges

Would like to set up a group for family members and would like the badges to only work in one direction.
In other words for the hospital to be able to call them but so they cannot call anyone else from their badges.
This would be like a regular badge that only works between certain groups. It's not necessarily that the badge only gets
audio one way, but rather that they cannot call out but only receive calls.

    In Voice Server 5.3.4 the Direct Call feature was introduced as a way to configure a user profile to immediately call a pre-determined user or group when the call button is pressed.
