If a user is primarily on floor "A" and in that instant conference and is floating to floor "B", currently they have to remember to add themselves to floor "B"s instant conference. It would be nice the instance conference to work like the broadcast function. If the instant conference could be determined at the department/group level, i.e. I float to floor "B", add myself to a float role that belongs to that department, by default I am able to receive and make instant conference without having to remember to add myself to that particular departments instance conference.
