While training at Wayne Memorial the staff repeatedly asked why does the Genie say 'Can you take a Message' instead of something like 'You have a reminder' when the recorded reminders are prompted. I agree that this change would improve client understanding and use of the new reminder feature. Please consider this for a futuer change.
