CCF is requesting the ability click to call from the Vocera user console to optimize a workflow in their "virtual patient companion" unit. They are currently calling from 5x staff assignment. However, since there is no way to favorite in staff assignment, it is cumbersome to contact caregivers across various facilities.
@Micah Julius this is something that is on the roadmap for Engage to have click to call in staff assignment but we don't know about Edge/Web messenger. However the Voice web messenger shouldn't likely have this.
Is this still a need at CCF?
