When two staff members have identical sounding names that are spelled differently (homophones) you are not able to use the "Identifying Phrase" speech recognition feature. (e.g. Stacy Johnson / Staci Jonsen)

We do have staff record their names - however the system doesn't automatically bring up the matching sounding name if they are not spelled the same.

We need a way to 'link' two or more names together to force the Identifying Phrase feature to work.

**Also it would be super-duper handy to select the order in which they get read out by the genie... seriously**
