When returning from being off-network, not logged in, or on DND, Vocera will play back a message indicating any missed calls or messages received.  Unfortunately, with an incoming phone call, there is no information available to respond back to the phone caller unless they left a message.  This request is to have a way to provide the phone number of that incoming call so the Vocera user is able to respond even if no message was left by the phone caller.

Idea came from Telecom at a customer site in Southern CA.
