Calling User Cell Phones

It would be nice to be able to call a user's cell phone, if you know they're off network.  This way, you wouldn't need the number, just that he/she has a cell phone listed in his/her profile.

    The command to "Call Mike Ryker's cell phone" does exist, provided the cell phone number has been entered in the user's profile.
