If a user is on their badge in a call and one of them receives an urgent call or broadcast it puts the other user on hold with no announcement. This would be a great feature to let the other staff member why they are automatically put on hold.0

Update colour code for acknowledged
On the V5000 badge, acknowledged calls are lumped in with call history making it difficult to easily find the calls the user answered and are responsible for. If acknowledged calls could be colour coded something different like green.0
