User console timeout
Our heavy text users would like the option for the texting console to remain open indefinitely. Often they start a message, get distracted, and get back only to have to re-enter everything because they had been logged out.0 Will not do

Allow Address Book Entries to forward calls to a Group

Send Vocera text message from Buddies list in User Console
The user console text message tab should have an option to build a favorites list. Searching through an entire site's user list is cumbersome, plus there is no way to multi-select across pages in that list.
