Add the command "Join the Conference" to LEARN COMMANDS
Join The Conference command is almost as widely used as Add Me To and Remove Me From. It should be included as a learned command. The command can be difficult to say for staff for whom English is a 2nd language. Thank you.

A report that will track changes made to users, groups, devices, templates, VMP On Call, Escalation, etc and who made the changes. This report would be used by Admin to trouble shoot issues that arise from changes.

Urgent Call/Broadcasting Announcement
If a user is on their badge in a call and one of them receives an urgent call or broadcast it puts the other user on hold with no announcement. This would be a great feature to let the other staff member why they are automatically put on hold.
