Vocera Messaging User Console - Access through Safari and Chrome Mobile Browser

Currently we want to launch Vocera Messaging using Ipads for users to utilize in delivering updates to providers during daily rounds. The web console requires a double click to pull in a messaging template, which when double clicking on an Ipad, it will only zoom in or zoom out. Would it be possible to properly support the Safari browser, as well as the Chrome browser so we could use the device of our choice?
