It would be very helpful if you were able to sort the Group Member Names by the Last Name of the Users in the Groups Module of the Admin Console.  These groups can become quite large and it can be time consuming to look through the member list for specific individuals in order to edit the members of the group.  

Although you can look up users by their last name in the User module, this is can also be very time consuming to go into each user profile in order to modify the groups they belong to.

Also, my customers have commented that it would be very helpful if you could search by First Name in the User Module, because again sites can have hundreds or thousands of users and last names are not always easily remembered or commonly used on the front line.
