Currently we are integrated with Emergin and SpectraLinkOAI phones in which for most alarms we are just sending vibrate to the phone and no audio. But we are in the process of replacing Emergin and using SpectraLinkXML, in which for SpectraLinkXML adapter we do not have an option to send a vibrate only to the phones.
