The Emergency Broadcast or "panic" function on the badge activated by the double-tap of the call-button is an invaluable feature to address staff safety.  In many instances, staff regard this single feature as the most imporant reason for them to wear the badge.

The problem with this function is that you can only configure one Emergency Broadcast group globally for the site which applies to all badges and all departments.  Many facilities would like the ability to have the Emergency Broadcasts isolated to the department in which it is triggered or different groups depending on who triggered the Emergency Broadcast.

It would be very helpful to be able to define multiple Emergency Broadcast groups based on individual users, groups, or departments.
