Allow users to join more than one conference at a time. We have float nurses on each wing that float between 2 providers, but the float cannot join the conference for both providers. When the primary nurse assigned to each provider receives an order from the provider, the float nurse has no idea if the primary nurse may need assistance in carrying out the order without the primary nurse calling to tell her/him.
