user would like to create a group chat with the roles instead of users

When creating a group chat, user wants to be able

to make a chat with roles instead of users so that whoever signed in to the

role will be added to the group chat. Without this feature user has to create a

new group chat every day with whoever is filling those certain roles.

Towards the second half of 2022, we are looking at removing the distinction between users/roles and applying role based calling and texting behavior depending on the communication context.
