Limiting SIP ports usage on calls that loop.

Our hospital has workflows requested to loop unanswered calls to two roles or looping to a cisco then back to the user if user is called in Vina. This is to ensure calls have to capacity to be answered by someone and not just die.

There are roles that are very mobile and cannot have unanswered calls to go to a cisco desk phone.

Currently there is an issue recently identified where looped calls do not drop the previous SIP connections and will continue to add SIP port as long as call is active, thus limiting the amount of SIP connections to other callers.

We ask to create a timer or if a call takes on more then 3 SIP ports that any older SIP connection is stopped if a new SIP connection is made. (ie. SIP port 1, 2 and 3 are connected, if SIP port 4 is connecting, SIP port 1 is disconnected, thus having SIP ports 2, 3 and 4 active now)
