Add a status screen on VSP as on Vocera Voice
There is no status screen like Vocera Voice. Add Cluster status, messages flowing (including source/destination), system status, Any Voice integration status/issues, etc.

Don't ring Engage alerts on phone when on a call with another individual on VCS.
When there is an active phone call going on VCS, do not ring any urgent alerts/messages on VCS app.
