It would be very useful if when creating a new group, that the default option would be Round Robin as opposed to Sequential.  I have done dozens of deployments to hundreds of departments and 99% of the time I always have to click the Round Robin radio button for each new group I create.  Sequential is hardly ever used so it should not be the default option.
