we have encountered other instances in which the FreeSwitch DB has stopped synching. If possible, we would like to see Vocera develop automated alerts to help monitor vital system functionality such as this scenario.

    We have experienced the syncing issues as well, most recently was in TEST after the server was upgraded. There does need to be an active alerting mechanism in place to ensure the system is fully up and running. The alerts should be sent to both Stryker and the customer.

    What further detail are you requesting? We simply want alerting to be setup anytime vital system functionality such as FreeSwitch DB issues arise.
